Our specialty is windows, but we have added gutter cleaning, chandeliers, coach lights, mirrors, and skylights.

Most customers need window cleaning twice a year, usually a good cleaning inside and outside of the window for the Spring and a Fall cleaning of the outside. Our standard clean involves wiping down your sills to get rid of the dirt blown around by the wind. We also use our window "mops" to clean your screens and remove the grime and dirt built up from the wind, rain, and snow.

We also recommend twice a year cleaning for your gutters. At a minimum, you should at least clean them once a year in the Fall after the leaves have fallen and before the freeze has hit. This important, but usually last item on your to-do list, will cause ice dams which potentially cause roof damage and/or water damage to the interior of your house.

Increasingly, our services are being used by condominium associations. We can offer substantially lower discounts for large condo associations when it comes to both their window and gutter cleaning needs. Please call for a custom quote on these services. Larger bids (over $1000) require a 25% deposit before the actual work is done.

Chandeliers, mirrors, and coach lights are easy add-ons for us to accomplish while cleaning your windows. Please ask your crew supervisor to add this if it was not in your original bid when initially scheduled.

Our crews will move furniture as necessary to reach windows, skylights, and other items. If however, you have any concerns or special items of value, please take the time to remove them before we start and let the crew supervisor know before they begin the work.
